Day 1 Recipe

Do these 5 exercises

Repeat 3 to 5 times

15 X Squats

get to a sitting position and back up. Legs are shoulders width, hands in front in a ski like position

16 X Telemark Lunge

Lunge like you telemark. Don’t get your forward step to long when you do your Telemark lunges.

16 X Climbers

From a plank position, lift your knee to your stomach 16 X, Slowly. Alternate

Back Leg Swing

Lift your leg backward and up. Get the abs contracted and avoid rotating the hips as your leg rises, Alternate.

16 X Side to Side Jumps

There’s two ways of doing this:

Easy, simply let yourself drop on one leg. Alternate

Normal: On one leg, jump sideways from a squat position
