Day 3 Recipe

Do these 5 exercises

Rest 2 minutes and hold up the pelvic muscle

Repeat 3 to 5 times

20 sec High Knees

Warm up with those high knees. Make sure you wear good shoes :)

16 X Side Jumps

Jump side to side. Work to keep your balance and try to jump high and sideways. Remember the easier version from day 1 if it fits you.

8 X Squats with Jumps

Squat and hold 5 sec and Jump. Use your hands to help you up.

16X Climbers SLOW

Mountain Climbers SLOW. Bring those knees high into the chest
