Day 4 Recipe

Do these 5 exercises

Rest 2 minutes

Repeat 3 to 5 times

8 X Crunch

Lay flat on your back and crunch those abs. You only need to lift the shoulders of the ground. Look up at the ceiling so that you don’t break your neck.

16 X Scissors

Scissors those legs. Make sure you put your hands in a fist and put them under your butt to elevate your lower body. They should never touch the ground

30 Sec Plank

Do the plank, make for that your body is inline and that your butt is not out of line. (being too high or low)

The Bridge 30 sec

The bridge is like the plank, but on the elbow, hands together and with very wide. Make sure you stay stable, body in line

Superman 30 sec
image

Super powers comes with with great responsibility. On your belly lift your arms and legs as high as possible. I’m not very good at this so you could be a lot higher than me. make sure you don’t throw your head backward
