Do these 6 exercises

Rest 2 minutes and hold up the pelvic muscle

Repeat 3 to 5 times

8X Squats

Squats, almost come to a sitting position. Hands in front of you, head held high

8X Telemark Lunges

Telemark lunges, don’t go to far foreward to stay somewhat conpact. Hands in front, nostrils up :)

6 X Burbees

ONly 6 Real explosive Burpees

10X Telemark Jumps

Get low AND Grouped for the Telemark Jumps. You need power from both legs to push you up high in the air.

15 sec Knees to Chest

Knees to Chest for some cardio

14X Jumps to knee-tuck

Jump high up and get those knees to your stomach. Keep your hand in front of you, like if your were (you are) skiing
