I often hear the same comments about telemark, from telemark skiers AND from alpine skiers:
- Telemark Skiing is harder than alpine skiing.
- It’s hard to go as fast on Tele gear.
- You need awesome fitness to perform.
All this is true.
But this is not a reason to stagnate and not improve.
You get tired quads half way through a run, suddenly you ski defensively or even on survival mode and you see your alpine ski buddies from a distance…
- How can you go faster?
- How can you save energy?
- How can you perform better?
In the next few weeks, I’m going to give you a step by step tutorial to improve your overall skills.
